Auxilab purchases the company Rogo-Sampaic
The acquisition will favour the increase in the client portfolio and suppliers, and the expansion of the product range

The Spanish company Auxilab, dedicated to design, R&D, production and distribution of laboratory supplies, has purchased the French company Rogo-Sampaic, importer and distributor of laboratory equipments and consumables.
Both companies, though from now on will work as a team, will keep their own identity and continue with their work as they have been doing up to this point; the main advantage of this acquisition is based on establishing synergies between both companies that will involve a big growth and development.
